Domestic SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship from North Carolina (USA) within 24-72 business hours of purchasing (Excluding Holidays & Weekends) unless otherwise noted on the website, on your order confirmation or if further verification is required as per below.
We ship our products using USPS First Class and Priority Mail
EASY RETURNS
Used items are not returnable. We cannot offer refunds or store credit for clothing. You can return an item or several items for a refund or store credit (used items & clothing excluded). Shipping charges are non refundable. You must email us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. A restocking fee of 18% will be charged for all refunded orders. If you wish to return your order you are responsible for all shipping costs. All refunds & store credits will be issued within 72 hours of receiving your return. We will contact you via email once your return has been received & processed. All refunds will be made by credit card, or store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders placed will receive a tracking number via email within 72 hours of placing your order.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Cancelled orders processed with a credit/debit card will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. Cancelled orders processed with Sezzle will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. You must email us at anntonys@aol.com requesting to cancel your order. Please show your order number in the subject line of the email. We will reply advising you if your order has been shipped or not. If not shipped, we will cancel per your request and charge your credit card the applicable cancellation fee.

Secondary Verification
Orders shipping to a different address or name other than the credit/debit card holder at the credit/debit card holder's billing address will be subject to a secondary verbal credit/debit card verification from the credit/debit card holder and may require additional time to ship. The order must be verbally verified within 72 hours from the time of purchase. You can request an extension of time by emailing us at Anntonys@aol.com If the order is not verbally verified with the credit/debit card holder within the 72 hour time frame & we have not received an email request for an extension of time, the order will be cancelled & subject to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders over $300.00 may be subject to secondary verbal credit/debit card verification. If the value of your order is valued at $500.00 or more identification & credit/debit card verification will be required. We will only ship orders valued at $500.00 or more to the credit/debit cardholder at the credit/debit cardholders billing address. We reserve the right to verbally verify any order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
