CURRY CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

3lbs Chicken

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Large Onion

3 Garlic Cloves

2 tbsp Curry Powder

1tsp Hot Chili Pepper

1/2 cup Anntony's All Purpose Sauce

2 Cups of Water

Anntony's All Purpose Seasoning to taste.

METHOD

Dice chicken into serving pieces.

In hot oil, sauté onions & garlic until tender

Add curry powder & cook gently for 1-2 minutes

Add chicken pieces, salt, pepper & water.

Simmer until chicken is tender.  Serve with boiled rice.
